Info: This post WWII Royal Mansion was the top of the line Spartan. Today is still completely functional AND a collectors item! This unit is available for pick up (zip 49684) or delivery can be negotiated. Many original parts, and some very restorable. Ready to haul condition - wheels and axles are good. History: Joe and I are current owners and purchased the unit from the Lake Ann Baptist Camp in 2006. From what we understand, the unit was used as summer housing for a camp director at the Baptist Camp for the past 30 years, and was well cared for. The exterior was dirty when we purchased and we had it professionally washed with an aluminum wash. It is now ready to be polished.
